# SotiBuy Marketplace Integrity & Anti-Bypass Policy (Vendor Agreement Extension)

## 1. STRICT INTERMEDIARY PROVISION

SotiBuy operates strictly as a secure intermediary platform connecting buyers and independent vendors. To protect the integrity of the marketplace, ensure transaction security, and maintain the safety of our logistics network, all communications, orders, and financial transactions must happen exclusively through the official SotiBuy platform (sotibuy.com).

## 2. PROHIBITION OF DIRECT COMMUNICATION & OFF-PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS

**2.1.** Vendors are strictly prohibited from sharing direct contact information with buyers discovered through SotiBuy. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing phone numbers, WhatsApp links, physical shop addresses, social media handles, or personal bank account details.

**2.2.** Vendors must not invite, encourage, or suggest that a SotiBuy user bypass the platform to complete a purchase directly or off-platform.

**2.3.** Any attempt to solicit direct payments from a buyer for an item listed on SotiBuy constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

## 3. BLIND LOGISTICS & PACKAGING COMPLIANCE

**3.1.** All orders fulfilled through SotiBuy Logistics must utilize official SotiBuy branded packaging or neutral, unbranded packaging approved by SotiBuy Admin.

**3.2.** Vendors are strictly prohibited from inserting personal marketing materials into delivery packages. This includes business cards, direct receipts, promotional flyers, or any material containing the vendor's direct phone numbers or shop address.

**3.3.** The shipping label or waybill generated by the SotiBuy system is the only authorized documentation to be attached to the exterior of the package.

## 4. CENTRALIZED ESCROW AND SPLIT-PAYMENT INFRASTRUCTURE

**4.1.** All customer payments are securely captured by SotiBuy's integrated payment gateways and held in a centralized Escrow account.

**4.2.** Payouts to the vendor's registered bank account will only be triggered automatically by the system AFTER SotiBuy Logistics or the buyer confirms successful delivery and acceptance of the item.

**4.3.** SotiBuy will automatically deduct its standard platform commission and logistics fees at the point of payout split. Vendors agree not to manipulate item pricing to circumvent these fees.

## 5. PENALTIES FOR BYPASS VIOLATIONS

SotiBuy monitors user behavior, system-generated messages, and logistics fulfillment patterns for signs of platform circumvention. If a vendor is found to have bypassed or attempted to bypass the platform:

- The vendor's digital storefront will be immediately and permanently deactivated.
- All pending payouts or funds currently held in the SotiBuy Escrow wallet for that vendor will be frozen pending an internal fraud and compliance investigation.
- The vendor may face permanent blacklisting from registering any future business entities on the SotiBuy network.

By registering as a seller on SotiBuy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Marketplace Integrity & Anti-Bypass Policy in addition to the SotiBuy Seller Agreement and all other applicable policies.
